2. Description of Service

Lazy Pinyin is an interactive web-based learning tool designed to help non-native Chinese speakers practice Pinyin pronunciation, listening recognition, and voice recording self-comparison.

3. Purchases & Lifetime Access

• One-Time Payment: We offer a lifetime unlock option for a one-time fee ($9.99 or as displayed at checkout). "Lifetime Access" refers to the operational lifetime of the application service.
• Payment Processor: All payments are processed securely via our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service and Buyer Protection Policy.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's standard policies. If you encounter any unresolvable technical issues, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

4. User Responsibilities & Disclaimer

You agree to use Lazy Pinyin solely for non-commercial educational purposes. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Voice playback and web-mic features rely on browser native capabilities, which may vary depending on your device or operating system.

5. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Assets

The source code, user interface design, visual layout, and branding of Lazy Pinyin are owned by the developer and protected by applicable copyright laws.

This Application utilizes open-standard platform assets, including standard system Emojis and public audio files/browser Web Speech APIs for pronunciation reference. All third-party assets (such as system fonts, standard emojis, and underlying audio synthesis engine outputs) remain the property of their respective copyright holders, used here solely for non-commercial educational UI demonstration and learning reference.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to update, modify, or temporarily pause parts of the application to perform system maintenance, feature updates, or security improvements.
